We are licensed to conduct business with farms, distributors, and nurseries that are licensed by the Bureau of Cannabis Control and CDFA. If you have placed an order with our sales team, we will require the following information to set your company up in our system and schedule your delivery. These documents must be completed prior to delivery. If you have any questions, please call our Sales office at (925) 783-5198

Step 3

Pay deposit, 25% of your invoice amount is due at the time of placing your order.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of delivery. We accept cash, checks (which must be pre-approved by our accounting department), money orders, cashier's checks, or wire transfers. Please note that checks, money orders, and wire transfers must be received in our account 24 hours prior to delivery/pick up.

If your invoice amount is $10,000 or more and you intend to pay with cash and/or money order, federal law requires us to have you complete an IRS 8300 form. This form applies to all cash sales exceeding $10,000, not just cannabis purchases. Please inform your representative—who will be responsible for directly paying our delivery person—that they are required to provide the following information:

1. State issued Photo ID

2. Name and Address

3. Occupation

4. Social Security #

5. Birth Date

If they are unable to comply, we cannot release the order, so please make them aware of the requirements. It is illegal to break up an order to avoid this form. The sales department cannot do so under any circumstances. 

Logistics 

At Lifted Spirit, we proudly offer delivery services for our products to licensed operators. Our fleet of climate-controlled trucks, vans, and trailers ensures that no load is too small or too large for us to handle. With our extensive experience in shipping thousands of plants, our logistics team is well-equipped to coordinate a seamless delivery process, ensuring that your products arrive in optimal condition. Delivery pricing varies based on your location and whether your order is shipped in a dedicated vehicle or combined with other shipments. Return Policy

We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival. We take immense pride in offering our customers the finest quality plants and we are confident that, with the right care after delivery, our plants will flourish. Please note that Lifted Spirit cannot provide warranties for plants against conditions beyond our control. As such, once an order is accepted, all sales are final.
